Orthotics (Insoles)

What do Orthotics do, and how do they work?

Orthotics are designed to help achieve balance between the left and right side of your body. The more balance you have the better the weight distribution leading to less strain on your muscles and joints. Pain occurs when something is not working properly or working too much. An assessment can prevent future problems from occurring, therefore treat your body to a better posture at Footprints Healthcare.

The Orthotics are made on site while-you-wait using a SIDAS Direct Casting Machine. This is mess free and extremely quick.
